In an interaction with NCN, Mr.Frank Chen, General Manager , RenAn Information Technology Co Ltd, shares about their company’s products, goals and mission.
RenAn Information Technology, founded in 1987 in Taiwan, is a provider of NcEditor software (a CNC Code Editor), and Files Management and Transmit Systems for manufactures in Taiwan. From system planning, teaching, guiding, maintaining to consulting, RnAn offers a series of services. RenAn has been helping lots of machinery plants to enhance efficiency, decrease costs, improve quality, and strengthen competitive ability successfully.
Talking about RenAn’s mission and vision and outlook,Mr.Frank Chen says, “Our mission is to provide safe, economical and creative methods to train CNC milling and turning learners in educational and career institutions to become machinists who satisfy the needs of the society. We have accumulated over 30 years of experience and techniques as a manufacturer and we understand well the needs of our customers and how to satisfy them. Our professionally qualified and experienced R&D team designs all our products. We have been certified Level 2 of CMMI, guaranteeing the quality of our products.”
RenAn’s developers continue creating and innovating products and RenAn’s trainers keep providing the professional services. The company’s goal is to provide complete and systematical services to the customers. The company is devoted to enhance automatic manufacturing technology bases driven by the concepts ‘Professional,’ ‘Technology’ and ‘Service.’ More than 1500 factories have used RenAn’s software, more than 3000 sets of software have been sold and more than 6000 connections of CNC machines have been equipped.
Speaking about the opportunities in the Indian market and their future plans Mr.Frank Chen comments, “India has a large population and its manufacturing industries are flourishing. This makes CNC manufacturing a basic need and hence deepens the importance of CNC training. RenAn’s CNC training courses and training equipment will definitely be the best resources on the training road. We hope, in the future, many vocational schools in India will associate with RenAn for professional and technical training. Recently, RenAn introduced ‘shopping management’ and ‘producing monitor management’ systems in order to conform to our customers’ demands in ways that will help them to develop complete production-line plans and enhance factories’ performance and quality automatically.
