ZOTAC Technology Pte. Limited is set to unveil the CM5-PICO at ISE 2026, the world’s smallest and most feature-dense computer powered by the Raspberry Pi CM5, designed specifically for extreme space-constrained applications.
ISE 2026 is set to run from 3 to 6 February at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, in Barcelona, Spain. During the trade fair, ZOTAC will showcase various AI-empowered industrial solutions for specific AV and systems integration applications. Aside from industrial-grade ZBOX PRO mini PC and MxM embedded GPUs, ZOTAC is also unveiling the CM5-PICO computer powered by Raspberry Pi CM5.

The CM5-PICO, based on the leading Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5, delivers strong storage options, flexible form factors, industrial-grade durability, and availability through January 2036.
Unlike most CM5-based systems with limited I/O, the CM5-PICO stands out with comprehensive connectivity, compact design, and an optimized thermal system to provide a superior ready-to-use solution for diverse industrial uses.
Silent, Reliable
True to ZOTAC’s reputation for robust, compact designs, the CM5-PICO measures just 114.8 x 76 x 31.0 mm. Its aluminum chassis uses silent passive cooling with no moving parts, ensuring reliable 24/7 operation in all conditions.
Full-Range I/O
Compared to similar-sized competitors, it includes dual full-size 4K HDMI output, Gigabit LAN, dual USB 3.2 ports, and USB-C — ideal for digital signage, professional kiosks, industrial IoT gateway, Edge AI, computer vision, and much more.

Application Flexibility
The CM5-PICO board features a standard 40-pin Raspberry Pi HAT header, RS232, dual CSI-2, fan header. It supports one Key-M 2280 and one Key-B 3024 module via PCIe, enabling high-speed NVMe SSDs, 4G/5G cellular, or dedicated add-on NPUs for AI inference — all without enlarging the footprint.
