CTDI’s customers include the major Telecom and Cable service providers and major Telecom OEMs. CTDI maintains its corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA, USA, and supports an expanding customer base with more than 8000 employees in 68 facilities worldwide. CTDI has 40 years existence (founded in 1975) internationally, has launched its India operations with their offices in Bengaluru and Gurgaon.

Recently, they launched Battery&Adapter under the brand name BeeCharge compatible with all major laptop brands likeHP, Lenovo, Acer, Sony etc. All their products will carry 1 year warranty.
Anil Kumar Rai, Country Manager, says, “We are 40 year young, global engineering company with great experience in the industry. We are here with long term plan to provide international quality products supported by excellent after sales service.Soon,wewill launch battery&adapterfor Smart Phones, Tablets and Set Top Boxes.”
Their next set of products, which are variety of cables including HDMI, A/V cable, Sync/ Power cables etc along with full range of protective case & Screen Guards for gadgets. This would be made available under the brand name BeeKonnect.
According to Rai, “We understand the product technically and present a suitable design for various customer needs offering value for money experience. These high quality products are delivered in retail packaging of international standards. We do not compromise on quality and service. We have an excellent service network and a dedicated customer care number for customers to register their feedback and complaints.”
Rai further added, “India is a big and growing economy and it providesa promising market for accessories business. Our product would be promoted through print media, digital media, and social network platform besides our own website. On the other front, we are also planning for road shows in select markets. As a first priority CTDI wants to establish BeeCharge and BeeKonnect as a premium and highquality brand. Recently these products were show cased during Convergence India 2014 at New Delhi” responding to the promotion plan.
When asked about sales channel, Rai said, “We have launched BeeCharge in Delhi, UP, Uttarakhand and are already seeing very strong and positive response from our Partners.The products would be available to customer through IT resellers, Large Format retail stores, E-retailers. We would have partners across India and believe in long term relationships.”
