How is your Make in India program going on?

Our Make in India initiative has been a key enabler in enhancing supply efficiency and local market alignment. We’ve scaled our manufacturing and assembly in India, especially for high-demand categories like routers, switches, extenders, and now expanding to include select enterprise-grade products as well. This not only reduces lead times and costs but also strengthens our ability to serve India’s diverse market with tailored, regulatory-compliant, and faster-to-deploy solutions.

Please brief us on your supply channel system, and how you educate and motivate your partners?

Our channel ecosystem is the backbone of our success in India.

We actively engage over 5,000+ partners, resellers, and distributors with:

• Quarterly partner programs and incentives

• Joint marketing initiatives

We believe in enabling partners as strategic allies—helping them grow with us through education, support, and shared success.

How are your new branch office in New Delhi and the service centers in Lucknow and Chandigarh doing?

The New Delhi branch office is a key part of our enterprise expansion strategy in North India. It strengthens our on-ground partner engagement, training, and pre-sales presence. The new service centers in Lucknow and Chandigarh reflect our focus on customer satisfaction and post-sales excellence, especially in high-growth regional markets. We aim to deliver faster turnaround times, on-site assistance, and localized technical expertise, which are vital for enterprise clients.

What are your plans for FY2025-26?

In FY2025-26, our focus is on:
