Strontium Elevates Customer Experience by Offering Free Door-To-Door After-Sales Service in India

strontium_logoStrontium announced the roll-out of free Door-to-Door warranty service in India in association with Blue Dart, India’s leading courier company. The initiative, a first of its kind by a memory company in India, will serve to enhance Strontium’s after-sales service in the country.

Under the offer, users of Strontium products can now avail warranty service from the convenience of their home or office without having to physically visit the retailer. This is a key step by the company to enhance its customer service experience and will serve as a key differentiator in a fast growing market.

Commenting on the new initiative, Vivian Singh, President and CEO,Strontium Technology, said, “This initiative is a concerted effort by the company to reiterate its presence and focus on the Indian market by enabling increased accessibility for end customers’ to after sales service.

It offers a unique benefit to customers’ in a category which is cluttered with a plethora of products, but goes unattended once they have made their purchase. In this scenario, Strontium Technology has taken the onus of product maintenance and repair on itself, thereby providing a differentiated product experience for customers as well as resellers”.
