Nutanix, a provider in private, hybrid, and multicloud computing, today announced the opening of a new Partner Support Center (PSC) in Bangalore. The PSC will provide support to Nutanix partners across India, Australia and New Zealand, and will work in collaboration with the recently announced PSC in Kuala Lumpur to help ensure partner success across the entire APJ region.

The India PSC will also help enable Nutanix channel partners to accelerate their adoption of an ‘Everything-as-a-Service’ (EaaS) model, leveraging the full portfolio of Nutanix products. EaaS is gaining popularity in the face of changing customer needs; the model provides an economic advantage by allowing organisations to achieve specific IT outcomes faster and focus more time and resources on high-value business operations.

Mr Jacob Pereira, senior director of Channel, APJ, Nutanix

“Customer needs are shifting, with demand for subscription-based models rising rapidly. To keep pace with these changes, the channel community needs to accelerate its move to an Everything as a Service model. With the launch of our new Partner Support Center in India, Nutanix is ensuring we can help our partners make this switch and enable greater profitability and success for our channel communities across APJ,” said Mr Jacob Pereira, senior director of Channel, APJ, Nutanix.

Nutanix recently announced Elevate, a global program designed to simplify engagement for the partner ecosystem, which places a unique emphasis on partner capabilities and competencies rather than revenue targets. The launch of the Partner Support Center in India is another step by Nutanix towards empowering partners in the region with the resources required to succeed.

Mr Ritesh Syal, head and director, Channels and Alliances, India, Nutanix

“Our main goal is to help our channel partners provide real business transformation for customers as they look at technology adoption to unlock their full potential. As India’s enterprises transition to EaaS, hybrid and multicloud models, we are committed to ensuring our partner ecosystem is equipped with the knowledge and tools to cater to the dynamic needs of customers,” said Mr Ritesh Syal, head and director, Channels and Alliances, India, Nutanix.
