Jalgaon District Computer Dealers Association (JDCDA), recently engaged in an exclusive interaction with NCN Magazine, Mr. Yogesh Patil, JDCDA, shares insights on empowering dealers, resolving concerns, member training, CSR initiatives, and 2026 plans.

Please introduce JDCDA and its journey so far.

Jalgaon District Computer Dealers Association (JDCDA) is a 10–15 years old organization formed with a clear purpose—to unite the IT trade community of Jalgaon on a common platform. Over the years, we have evolved into a structured and responsible association that works for the overall growth, unity, and welfare of our dealer community.

What are the key objectives of JDCDA?

Our main objective is to support and strengthen our members in their business journey. Dealers often face multiple issues—market challenges, business operational concerns, or service-related problems with brands. JDCDA plays the role of a bridge by ensuring members have a platform where they can raise concerns, share challenges, and collectively find solutions.

How does JDCDA help members in solving business-related issues?

We have a well-organized structure within the association to address concerns professionally. Whenever any member faces challenges—especially regarding brand support, service issues, or business disputes—we take it up through our committee system. We ensure that every issue is heard, documented, and resolved in a fair and effective way.

What kind of learning and development initiatives do you take for members?

Training is one of our strongest pillars. We conduct regular training programs for members, often in collaboration with brands. These sessions help dealers stay updated about product knowledge, service processes, and business strategies. We also arrange learning visits and industry interaction opportunities at a broader level whenever possible.

Does JDCDA also focus on social initiatives?

We strongly believe an association should contribute beyond business. JDCDA actively organizes CSR initiatives, including blood donation camps and community welfare activities. These initiatives also strengthen the bond among members and their family members, making JDCDA a united community.

How many members are currently part of JDCDA?

At present, we have around 150 active members in the association.

What is the membership process and fee structure?

The process is simple. A new member needs to fill out the registration form and submit documents such as business registration and GST details (if applicable). After verification and approval from the active body, membership is granted. The registration fee is ₹2,000, and the annual renewal is ₹500.

What are your key plans and agenda for 2026?

In 2026, we are planning a cricket event for members and their families to strengthen community bonding. Along with that, we will host a B2B networking meet, where dealers and distributors can connect directly. This initiative will open new business opportunities, encourage partnerships, and create stronger networking for the entire Jalgaon IT ecosystem.
