With Headquarters at Bratislava, ESET has over 100 million customers using their solutions worldwide in over 200 countries. Parvinder Walia, Director–Sales & Marketing, APAC Region& Japan ,ESET, shares his company’s mission, vision and market strategy with NCN Magazine.

“We have been in the Anti-Virus industry for nearly three decades serving consumer and SMB segments. Now we are focusing on developing and providing solutions for the enterprise segment. Our USPs is providing solutions that are lighter, faster and powerful at detection. Now we are incorporating these features into all our solutions. Some of our new solutions include as ESET end point security and ESET end point enterprise. The latter is basically an EDR solution. For SMBs, we are coming up with ESET Cloud Administrator where we are placing the solutions on the cloud using Amazon services and the customers can take advantage of the availability on cloud. We have been growing at an impressive double-digit rate for the past several years and we are going to maintain that rate in the coming years too,” shares Parvinder Walia.

In the beginning, ESET known for antivirus protection, creating award-winning threat detection software. Now, ESET’s goal is to make sure that everybody can enjoy the breathtaking opportunities that technology offers in a secure system. Today, ESET’s security solutions allow businesses and consumers in more than 200 countries and territories to make the most of the digital world.

Parvinder Walia adds, “India has a special status in our market strategy as India is a big and a fast growing economy. Our current marketing & channel strategy for India focuses on giving the best possible sales and marketing support to the distributors and get closer to the reseller partners. We want to focus on the feedback from the resellers and the end-users and develop and implement strategies that will serve the existing customers better and win more new customers so that we can continue to grow in the Indian market. Our vision is to be among the Top three providers of Anti-virus & security vendors in the coming decade.”
