HYSEA and JNTU-Hyderabad signed a MoU to collaborate on the J-HUB initiative. The initiative aims to create a culture of Innovation, Product Development, Incubation and Entrepreneurship across JNTU-H Colleges.
In the presence of Prof. A. Venugopal Reddy, Vice-Chancellor JNTU-H, Prof. N. Yadaiah, Registrar, JNTU-H and Mr. Murali Bollu, President, HYSEA and CEO, ZenQ signed the MoU. Also present on the occasion were Mrs. G Vijaya Kumari, Professor & Director, J-Hub, JNTU-H, Sesha M Rao, MD, Insideview Technologies, R. Srinivas Rao, COO-HYSEA and Ramesh Loganathan, Professor – Co-Innovation, & Head- Innovation/Research Outreach, IIIT-H.
In a message on the occasion, Vice Chancellor of JNTU-H, Prof. A. Venugopal Reddy, said,” I am sure this MoU will go a long way in helping facilitate close cooperation between the Industry and Academia, to achieve the common goals of promoting a culture of Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in campuses across JNTU-H”. He also added that the MoU would help in more Industry relevant Research to be taken up by the Academia. .
Speaking after signing of the MoU, Murali Bollu, President, HYSEA and Founder & CEO, ZenQ said, “HYSEA and JNTU-H have been partners in promoting student innovation and entrepreneurship activities for some time now through the JNTU Excite program. We would be very happy to take on the role of Knowledge partners and mentors to help J-Hub in building an active Innovation eco-system for the benefit of students and the faculty”.
