Regarding support from vendors and national distributors, Ram Agarwal asserts, “We need better promotion support from the vendors and national distributors in the form of better advertising, sales promotion and incentive schemes. As competition is increasing, support is essential to survive and grow in the market.”

Backed by channel-friendly marketing strategy, Pooja Tech aims to bring greater satisfaction to customers through efficient delivery of products and services. The company conducts all its business dealings with fair and ethical business practices and strives to build trust in the minds of all its stakeholders—vendors, partners and end-users.

Ram Agarwal adds, “Our value-added solution approach brings together key values to our partners in areas of product management, pre-sales technical support and channel management. We carefully listen to our dealers, with whom we maintain constant contact for getting regular feedback, which helps us to ensure that we deliver the best in every aspect of our dealings. We aim continuously to bring best possible satisfaction to our down-the-line partners as well as the end users. We keep changing and updating our strategies to meet the latest expectations of the channel and the customers.”

Regarding present trends, challenges and future plans, Ram Agarwal asserts, “We have been successfully operating since 2003 and have survived the best and the worst of the economy. Vendors are directly selling to dealers and this is adversely affecting our revenues and business operations. Vendors should follow some norms to support the traditional channel. Next problem in the market is the liquidity crunch in the market leading difficulty in getting back payments. We want to expand our dealer network by adding more partners and double our revenues by 2021. Currently we have three branches: Kadavanthra (in Kochi), Thodupuzha and Calicut and we want to add four more branch offices in Kerala before the end of 2020.”
