Could you share an overview of the Visual Power Connect 2025 event?

Visual Power Connect 2025 is an expo-like event that brings together our customers and technology partners, including Newline, D-Link, Eaton, and Black Box. The idea is to deepen connections with our stakeholders and provide them with insights into what we do as an organization. This event is an opportunity for our partners to understand our offerings in greater depth, experience our solutions firsthand, and build stronger relationships with us.

Can you elaborate on the key product highlights for this event?

Starting with Newline, it is an interactive touch display panel targeted at the corporate and education sectors. We aim to expand its reach and provide real-time learning and innovative technology solutions through this product. For D-Link, as distributors, we cater to IT networking solutions, including active and passive components. Our focus is on delivering B2B solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. Eaton represents our power sector offerings, primarily UPS systems, while Black Box adds another dimension to our portfolio.

How do you envision the role of Visual Power Connect 2025 in achieving your goals?

This event is a crucial step in strengthening our relationships with both customers and partners. By showcasing our solutions and engaging in meaningful discussions, we aim to bridge any gaps in understanding and collaboration. Ultimately, Visual Power Connect 2025 will help us expand our reach, enhance our offerings, and solidify our position as a trusted partner in the IT and technology space.

How does Glory Infocom provide value to channel partners through these products?

We act as a bridge between OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and our channel partners. Many of our partners may not have expertise in all product categories. We fill this gap by providing pre-sales and post-sales support and even assisting them directly with their customers to close deals. Our strong relationships with OEMs allow us to offer better pricing and ensure material availability—a critical requirement in this space. Essentially, we ensure that both the OEMs and the customers are aligned, creating a seamless experience for everyone involved.

Could you highlight the unique strengths of Glory Infocom as a young organization?

Though we are a three-year-old organization, our team collectively brings over 100 years of IT experience. This gives us a unique combination of youthful energy and seasoned expertise. Our credibility, accountability, and agility have allowed us to establish ourselves in the market quickly. For this event, we have invited 123 channel partners to interact with us, understand our offerings, and explore opportunities for mutual growth.

What future plans and focus areas do you envision for Glory Infocom?

Initially, our focus was on three to four key products. Moving forward, we are expanding our portfolio to include cybersecurity and other cutting-edge solutions. We are also launching our own brand, which will focus on outdoor services. The idea is to cater to every customer requirement, be it servers, networking, displays, or power solutions, under one roof. This comprehensive approach ensures that we complement and fulfill all customer needs effectively.

How do you support partners who lack technical expertise?

We aim to add value to our partners’ sales processes. For those lacking technical expertise, we step in to provide the necessary technical support. This ensures that they can confidently meet customer demands and deliver exceptional service. By collaborating closely with our partners, we help them build credibility and grow their business.
