Currently exhibiting at the CMDA IT Expo 2024, this marks the 26th edition, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it once again. We’re showcasing an array of cutting-edge products, notably our exclusive dual-lens Wi-Fi camera with a motorized head – an exceptional solution for home and office security. Additionally, our flagship range of monitors, featuring borderless, frameless designs in 22 and 24 inches, has garnered widespread acclaim nationwide. These true IPS monitors, ideal for diverse applications, including gaming, boast a high refresh speed. Geonix remains committed to delivering innovative, high-quality technology that meets the evolving needs of our customers across the country.
What is your road map for 2024?
Prioritizing service excellence, Geonix has expanded its service network to 65 centers nationwide, with an ambitious goal of doubling that to over 100 by 2024. While our stronghold lies in North India, we’re strategically extending our reach to fortify our presence in the west, south, and east zones, broadening our national footprint.
What is your distribution channel strategy?
Our channel setup at Geonix is meticulously crafted, encompassing distributors, dealers, and sometimes sub-distributors. Prospective dealers can initiate the process through our website or by calling our national hotline, connecting them with our regional distributor. For those aspiring to become systems integrators, we tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Geonix takes pride in its personalized, one-to-one approach, inviting individuals to reach out and engage with us directly for customized solutions and partnership opportunities.
What is your USP and marketing strategy?
At Geonix, our product launches are backed by extensive research, a robust go-to-market strategy, and a commitment to offering distinctive solutions. What changes have you seen in the consumer behaviour?
While there’s a shift towards lifestyle and quality-oriented products, a significant majority still seeks affordability. In this price-sensitive market, brands like ours focus on tapping into the bottom of the pyramid, recognizing the substantial potential and wealth at this segment. Balancing quality and affordability remains pivotal in catering to the diverse needs of our consumer base.
What is the response of a marketing strategy?
CMDA Expo, a premier B2B event, has proven highly successful this year, evident from the overwhelming response on the first day alone. With over 2000 visitors to our Geonix Pavilion, we anticipate forging numerous valuable associations with distributors, dealers, and system integrators across the dynamic region of Maharashtra. Beyond Pune, we aim to extend our reach to cities like Nasik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Sholapur, and Latur, tapping into the diverse potential offered by the thriving market.
What new products are you working on?
Geonix is set to unveil an expansive range of gaming products alongside our crucial focus on Wi-Fi cameras. Anticipate a significant expansion in our gaming lineup within this year, aligning with the prevailing trend and reaffirming our commitment to staying ahead in the dynamic tech landscape.
