Foxconn announced that, it has bagged 50% of Hewlett-Packard’s (HP) AIO PC orders for 2014. HP has moved all-in-one PC orders from Quanta Computer, Pegatron Technology and Wistron to Foxconn Electronics for 2014.
The extra orders are expected to raise Foxconn’s all-in-one PC shipments to 1.5-2 million units in 2014. Foxconn was established in 1974 and has grown to become the largest ODM in the world with nearly 1,000,000 employees and revenues in excess of USD 100 billion.
Foxconn’s customer base includes many famous brands in computing, communications and consumer electronics, for example; Apple, Cisco, Dell, HP, Nokia and Sony.
