Knowledge-sharing platforms play an important role in bringing people and technology partners together. They create opportunities to exchange ideas, understand industry developments and learn from the experiences of others. For us, collaboration and interaction with the partner community are extremely valuable because they help us grow both professionally and personally.
What do you believe makes the technology industry so dynamic today?
Technology is changing every single day. Innovation never stops, and there is always something new to learn, understand and adapt to. As an industry, IT is moving at a tremendous pace, and technology partners have to continuously stay prepared for what is coming next. The ability to adapt quickly has become one of the most important factors for long-term growth.
How do you view AI’s impact on humans and businesses today?
AI is certainly creating disruption and changing the way people work. At times, it may feel like technology is moving faster than humans can adapt. But I strongly believe that humans will always find ways to respond, learn and move forward. Technology is ultimately developed by humans, and we have the ability to understand it, improve it and use it positively.
What should technology partners focus on to remain relevant in this fast-changing environment?
The key is to keep learning and remain open to change. Every day brings a new challenge, and every challenge gives us an opportunity to improve. Technology partners need to continuously understand emerging trends, build new capabilities and think about how technology can create real value for customers.
What is your outlook for the future of the IT industry?
The IT industry is here to stay and will continue moving forward. There will always be challenges, disruptions and new technologies, but I look at them positively. If we continue learning, adapting and collaborating, we can overcome these challenges and create new opportunities for growth.
