75F, the world’s most advanced IoT-based building management system, introduced its new range of products at the recently concluded three-day ACREX India event. Organised by ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers), the event took place from 14th to the 16th of March at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.

75F’s new range of innovative products and solutions are designed to improve building efficiency, enhance indoor air quality, and reduce operating costs. Through its new line of products, the company aims to further its goal of encouraging all commercial buildings to use cutting-edge technology for incorporating energy efficiency and sustainability into their operations and thereby achieving the net zero emission target. Some of the products launched were the Chiller Plant Manager, Occupancy Temperature Node, True CFM, Hyperstat, Helio Node, Portfolio Analytics Manager, Occupant App, Domain Modeler, and QR code for asset tracking.

  • Chiller Plant Manager (CPM): Renatus CPM enables a data-driven approach to continuous optimisation of water-cooled chiller plants and boiler plants, assisting facility managers and building owners in achieving improved specific energy consumption of chiller plants, improved thermal quality of operations, and uninterrupted and continuous cooling/heating energy service to clients.
  • Occupancy Temperature Node (OTN): As the name implies, the Occupancy and Temperature Node (OTN) adds a factory-calibrated high-precision occupancy, temperature, and humidity sensor.
  • True CFM: True CFM makes use of a 75F Differential Pressure sensor, which connects to and directly measures the airflow pressure difference between total pressure and static pressure. This allows for a translation into airstream velocity.
  • HyperStat: This 75F offering is a commercial thermostat and humidistat with 8 onboard sensors for superior IAQ management and hyper-localized temperature control.
  • Helio Node: The 75F Helio Node is a revolutionary, IoT-based controller and sensor specially designed to simplify temperature, IAQ and lighting control in office buildings.
  • Portfolio Analytics Manager (PAM): Portfolio Analytics Manager (PAM) is 75F’s data analytics and monitoring solution. Facilisight, PAM, part of our building intelligence suite of web and mobile apps, provides users with dynamic insight into energy data across their portfolio as well as flexible control over the information they see via customizable, shareable dashboards and widgets.
  • Occupant App: The 75F Occupant App allows occupants to control their individual zones from their mobile phone, allowing them to adjust temperatures, set vacation schedules, and provide feedback to management about their working environment conditions.
  • Domain Modeler: Domain Modeler is an open-source tool/application that is introduced by 75F. Domain Modeler is intended to standardize the definitions of different types of equipment as represented by Haystack.

Mr. Gaurav Burman, VP & APAC President, 75F India, said, “We were thrilled to be a part of ACREX 2023, where we unveiled our new range of products and solutions to such a dynamic and engaged audience. With our new products, we aim to drive focus towards the need to improve the energy efficiency of existing and new green buildings which have the potential to be reduced by nearly 15-30%. Towards the same, our business expansion plans will now focus on three access points: Firstly, the buildings where our solutions will be deployed, secondly, expanding geographically across different countries and thirdly, by means of meaningful collaborations and partnerships. We are grateful for the support extended by the ACREX team and look forward to continuing to drive innovation and growth in the industry”.

75F aims to increase occupant productivity by improving comfort and indoor air quality while minimizing environmental impact. Buildings account for 40% of total global energy consumption, with India accounting for 34% (UNDP 2015). A building management system can save energy by adjusting the temperature of individual rooms based on occupancy or usage patterns. 75F’s IoT-powered solution reduces energy consumption by up to 50%, boosts occupant satisfaction and productivity, and reduces installation time by 80%.
