Alok Kumar, Business Manager – Asia Pacific, Synway India, graced the occasion & briefed the delegates on the growth plans of Synway, elaborated on the potential market and their plan of doubling the investment in India, in the next two years. Additionally major case studies were discussed on the same platform. Further, he focused on the interest of Synway, under the ‘Make in India’ program for strengthening its roots in government and private lobbies. Amit Roy, Marketing Manager, VoIC Networks, then elaborated on the future plans of VoIC Networks and the defining role it is going to play in VoIP and Unified Communication Solutions in the coming years, more specifically in the next quarter, under the banner of ‘Make in India’ programme.
Amit Kumar, Product Manager, VoIC Networks, explained the delegates in detail about the 4 level support mechanism evolved for the products and solutions. Emphasising on the need for a strong network towards extending the out of the box solutions to the end users , all present were invited to come together on a common platform and shake hands, for mutual benefit and growth.
Star attraction of the evening was the Training Round of Dev Kumar, the Technical Manager of VoIC Networks. First he spoke in detail about the range of Gateway and PRI Card solutions and their USPs that VoIC offers through its partners in Synway and Allo. Taking the opportunity, he also talked in detail about the newly launched ONYX IPPBX, about the existing IPPBX Market, the opportunities that the segment offers and how ONYX scores over others in this category. At the end, he engaged with the OEMs and other Enterprise clients in a detailed product training session, which turned out to be an engrossing session, and liked by all the attendees. The dignitaries got the opportunity of gaining the technical knowledge to reduce the challenges that the market is facing. While in Indore, VoIC Networks also participated in a 3 day Exhibition that focused on the growing industry of Security, Automation, Fire, Electronics and Telecom. Widely called SAFE- T Expo 2020, the Exhibition was a huge success where VoIC Networks represented the Telecom sector. Team VoIC showcased its whole range of offerings in their counter and created enough buzz in the event. It witnessed a huge footfall during all the three days of the Exhibition. VoIC extended its appreciation to BSNL and MP Police for playing a stellar role in the field of Communication and Security respectively and extended Special Thanks to B.
